Hello, my name is Phillip Nesterov, and I am a co-founder of Flash Moving Company.

For over 6 years, we have been providing stress-free moving services for homes and apartments, offices, dorms, and much more across the United States.

We have:

  • 5 branded trucks;

  • 24 employees;

  • 6000 sq ft warehouse space.

Our goal is to become the leading moving company in Massachusetts.

On our way to achieving this goal, we provide an exceptional level of service and care for our customers. That's why:

  • We've completed 9250 moves.
  • 30% of our clients return to us within a year.
  • We have 950 reviews from satisfied customers, and our Google rating is 5.0.

We are actively growing: in the last 3 years, we've grown 5 times and continue to develop. Therefore, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated employees to join our remote sales team.

What you will have to do:

  • Work with inbound leads via phone and Zoom at all stages of the deal;

  • Booking Jobs;

  • Fill out simple daily and weekly reports.

What we expect from the candidates :

  • Fluency in English with advanced proficiency for effective communication, 90% over the telephone;

  • Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM New York Time;

  • Sales experience;

  • Confident PC and CRM skills (Google docs, any crm);

  • Desire to earn a high income.

  • Competitive compensation, with an average $1,950, starting at $1,300, inclusive of performance-based bonuses (% + KPI). Unlimited earning potential as your final earnings will be determined by your sales success.;
